Download the ScreenConnect EXE file from the link provided to you by iion. If you have not been provided a download link, you can click the generic installer below:

Once the file has been downloaded, open File Explorer and navigate to where the file has been downloaded. Usually this is your Downloads folder.
Identify the ScreenConnect.ClientSetup file.
Note the file name may have your company name appended to the end.
Double click on the ScreenConnect.ClientSetup file to open the installer.
The installer will start the installation process:
The Windows UAC (USer Account Control) dialog box will ask permission for the installer to complete the installation of ScreenConnect. Click Yes
The installer will then complete the installation.
